OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT
Mr. Samir Kalmoni, a Ghanaian entrepreneur, is the sole shareholder and the brain behind the successful development of the company. Mr. Kalmoni is supported by a seven member Board of Directors and well experienced Management team that runs the affairs of the Company.

Mr. Divine Kwadwo Asiedu (Group C.E.O.), has Marketing and Management background.

Mr. Frank Appiah (Deputy Executive Chairman) is a seasoned Marketing consultant. He has served on the Boards of several Organizations including Ghana Tourism Authority, Ghana Free Zones, Ghana Trade Fair Company among  others. Mr. Appiah is the Chief Executive of Talent Marketing Services a reputable chartered Marketing firm.

Mr. Kofi Dankwa Osei is a qualified professional Planner with vast experience in planning and management. He is currently in charge of urban planning at the Town and Country Department in Accra.

Mr. Emmanuel Worlanyo Tefe is the Managing Director of Papaye Fast Foods with many years of experience in Administration and Finance.

Mrs. Sona Kalmoni has both Management and Accounting experience and she is the wife of Mr. Kalmoni.

Mr. Samer Kalmoni is the Director in charge of Planning and Technical Services. He is well vested in repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Mrs. Samar Kalmoni Baroud is the secretary to the Board.
